Weston Young Professionals (YoPro)
The Weston Theater Company offers entry-level positions to qualified candidates for the summer season with the intent to help build experience and springboard full-time professional careers. Production department and administrative staff work side-by-side with WTC staff and experienced directors and designers. YoPros receive a seasonal salary and housing is provided.

Weston Young Company (YoCo)
Each summer, the Young Company begins its residency with a theater production for young audiences then moves into work on a mainstage musical where YoCo members are eligible to earn Equity (EMC) points. The 2022 TYA show will tour central and southern Vermont.
The YoCo program provides professional performance opportunities, training, and a forum for sharing the expertise of Weston-related theater professionals through a series of workshops, discussions, and interactive exercises.
