We depend on the generous donations of friends like you to realize our ambitious production schedule and grow our year-round New Works, education, and outreach programs. Ticket sales cover only a margin of our year-round operating costs, and your support helps bridge the gap.

Weston’s Producers Circle

The Producers Circle is foundational to our success every year. Producers Circle members generously support Weston's Annual Fund with gifts of $1500 and above. They help bring each exciting season to life and bolster our year-round artistic work and community programs. Weston would simply not be the vibrant and enduring cultural institution that it is without these generous patrons. Please consider joining the 2022 Producers Circle today.

    • Early Access ticketing - advance ticket purchase opportunities for all performances.

    • Preferred and premium seating, whenever available.

    • Two Opening Night seats to the production of your choice. The value of tickets is not tax-deductible.

    • Invitations to exclusive company events and opportunities to connect with artists and our community, including Opening Night toasts, Play Reading Groups, Meet the Artists, and Artist Retreat Salons.

    • We will acknowledge your generous gift in the Playbill, on our website, and in our Annual Report.

 

The Encore Society

Encore Society members have planned to leave a legacy of joy and inspiration by including Weston in their Estate Plans.  Their vision and commitment help to ensure excellence for generations to come. Speak with your Estate Attorney or Financial Advisor if you would like to join the Encore Society by including Weston in your will. Please let us know how we can help. Make the most of your charitable giving to Weston

    • Many employers have Matching Gift programs that will increase your level of support, sometimes doubling or even tripling your gift. If your company has a Matching Gifts program, please let them know about your contribution to Weston. Let us know how we can help.

    • Please let us know if you've requested a matching gift from your employer, so we can accurately acknowledge your support.

    • Weston Theater Company is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. EIN # 22-2970343

  • Please talk with your Financial Advisor about making the most of your charitable giving. Ways to maximize your tax benefit include:

    • Establishing and using a Charitable Donor Advised Fund

    • Gifting your Required Minimum Distribution (up to $100,000/yr tax-free, if you are age 70+ prior to 1/1/2020)

    • Gifting your IRA Rollover distribution (up to $100,000/yr tax-free, if you are age 70+ prior to 1/1/2020)

    • Gifting appreciated stock assets (stocks may be transferred directly to Weston Theater Company.)
