Dining At
the Playhouse
Bob and Linda Aldrich, owners of the Inn
at Weston, will again raise the curtain on Cafe
at the Falls, located in the Playhouse Restaurant and
featuring a new menu, extensive wine list, lively atmosphere
and views of the picturesque mill and waterfall. Executive
chef Jonathan White promises to delight hungry theatre-goers
with a Bistro-style cuisine. Entrees will average $16
- $24. Reservations for pre-theatre dinner can be made
with the Playhouse Box Office staff when booking your
tickets. Subscribers receive a $5 discount coupon to
the restaurant with their season tickets.
Meet Chef Steve Wells
Chef Steve Wells has more than 30 years in the food
service business plying his trade in fine restaurants
and country clubs from Franconia, New Hampshire to St.
Thomas Virgin Islands. He lives in Peru, Vermont with
his wife, Carmen and their cat Emmy.
