Job Title: Production Manager

Position(s) available: 1
Type: Seasonal Management
Department: Production
Reports to: Managing Director
Work week: 6 Days, 8 - 10 hours/day.
Housing included: Single room, shared kitchen and bath in company housing

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all production areas including Scenery, Props, Paint, Electrics, Costumes/Wardrobe and Sound.
• Prepare and distribute production and build schedules for all productions on a regular and timely basis.
• Administer all production-related budgets; oversee and report on all production-related expenditures.
• Coordinate and lead all scheduled production meetings.
• Establish communications between production departments and designers, stage managers, company manager and other guest artists.
• Oversee implementation of WPTC personnel policies.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of WPTC production staff.
• Supervise and schedule all technical interns and production assistants.
• Report regularly to Managing Director on all production-related activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of Production Management experience or equivalent.
• Excellent personal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, manage and coordinate staff members.
• Well-established skills in handling budgets and complex scheduling.
• Computer fluency.
