Job Title: Assistant Company
Manager

Type: Seasonal Staff
Department: Administration
Reports to: Company
Manager, Managing Director.
Work week: 6 Days,
8 - 10 hours/day. Also respond to urgent or emergency
requests after hours.
Housing included:
Shared room, kitchen and bath in company housing
Responsibilities:
Assist Company Manager with housing, transportation
and hospitality for a professional company of 90+ over
a 12 week summer season of shows.
Drive company members to and from performances,
rehearsals, work calls, trains, planes, etc.
Provide driving support to Production and Administrative
departments.
Help oversee the safety and well-being of all
WPTC employees.
Coordinate recycling for multiple residences
and facilities.
Distribute mail and messages to all company members.
Requirements:
Company Management or Stage Management experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Computer fluency.
A passion for delivering courteous service and
the ability to work efficiently and gracefully under
pressure.
Excellent driving record.
