Job Title: Box Office Manager

Job Title:
Customer Service Representative
Position(s) available: 2 - 3
Type: Seasonal Staff
Reports to: Box Office Manager, Audience Services Manager
Work week: 6 Days, 8 - 10 hours/day
Housing included: Shared room, kitchen and bath in company housing

Responsibilities:
• Sell tickets to all WPTC events by phone and at the Box Office window.
• Providing outstanding customer service to all WPTC patrons.
• Sell WPTC merchandise and concessions.
• Additional duties may include House Management, ushering and light office chores.

Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years of Box Office, customer service or retail sales experience.
• Computer fluency and/or experience with computerized box office software.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to work efficiently and gracefully under pressure.
• Experience handling money.
